Fixed Issues

• Fixed the issue where device view does not work with after updating to Java JRE 7u51 (1.7.0_51-b13) or newer versions on the host computer
• Fixed the issue where cannot configure recurring summer time setting for Australia

Known issues

1. [Green Ethernet] 10G Copper port will link down when working at 1 G mode and enable green ethernet EEE mode.
   [Workaround]: Enable the EEE mode on other part of the link.
2. RPS/AC hot swap sometimes (quickly unplug/plug) does not take effect after plug back APS1000W power cord.
   [Workaround]: re-plug the APS1000W power cord slowly.
3. L3 forwarding failed when S3300 connects M5300 through redundancy dynamic LAG.
   [Workaround]: Disable LACP and use static LAG instead.
4. CPU traffic will be impacted when DHCP persistent configuration backup to remote TFTP server.
   [Workaround]: To use ‘Local’ backup mode instead of ‘Remote’.
5. Crash log file uploaded through TFTP protocol is incomplete.
   [Workaround]: Use HTTP to upload the crash log.
6. Console hang happens in S3300 device, if we press the reset button repeatedly during reload.
   [Workaround]: Power cycle the switch. Customer needs to be cautious not to press reset button multiple times during boot stage.

Notes

• The released zip contains switch firmware (.stk) and MIB files. User needs to unzip it to retrieve the switch image itself for upgrade.

Limitations

1. EAV (Ethernet Audio Video) feature only supported on a standalone S3300 switch. Standalone here means that all four 10G stacking ports are running in Ethernet mode.
2. Only the smart switch that functions as the master unit (either standalone switch or master switch in a stack) can detect and manage an attached USB device.
• The USB device must support USB 2.0.
• The USB device must support the FAT32 or VFAT file type. The NTFS file type is not supported.
