| A document uploaded to SharePoint will be unavailable to email recipients if the Require documents to be checked out before they can be edited option is selected for a SharePoint document library where the document is located.
It happens only if either Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 is used or the target SharePoint folder URL begins with https://.

To work around this issue, manually check in the document, or send it again with the Use unique name if the file exists on SharePoint option cleared in the Quest AttachThis options. |

In this release, all product components should be configured to use the same or compatible character encodings and should be installed to use the same locale and regional options. This release is targeted to support operations in the following regions: North America, Western Europe and Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, Far-East Asia, Japan.
