Using QuickTrack Track Fixed Assets, Items, Components, Loan Stock, Files, Track Sales and Time and Attendance QuickTrack is controlled from the main menu screen which opens when you first start the application, the buttons on this screen are also available at the top of every screen. From here you can: Book Items (your items could be books or anything), in and out to Users (your users or clients), or to a location. Show items that are overdue. Create, view, edit and search for Items, Users or Locations. Create, view, print, export, Reports, labels and id cards. Import data from other applications. Set preferences for how QuickTrack works. The startup screen can be changed in the settings to open another screen, ie Booking IN and Out or Overdue Items if you need QuickTrack to work differently. The main menu is always available from any screen by pressing the menu button at the top of each screen. |
