启动程序VITimer，拖动滚动条来设定延迟时间以秒为单位，按“启动”按钮，之后倒计时至零将发出蜂鸣播放，使用键盘上的键（左或右箭头）的权利调整延迟时间（如果你需要），使用按钮“清除”，设置延时时间为零，使用“停止”按钮停止倒计时（延时时间将被设置为先前的值）。
